Hey Y’all!
Welcome to the Yoga corner of Breathe With Joyce. The space where we do practice physical asana, however, we focus on concepts and ideas much greater than shapes that we can make with our bodies.
Yoga is a beautiful way to practice mindfulness and reflect on our patterns. We can practice on a mat, a pillow, using a block (or two), in bed, in a chair, outside or inside.
When we practice mindfulness and connecting with our breath in an intentional way, we can begin to see how we show up in the world and, with time, continue the work off of the mat. The Journey to your true self.
I would love to see you in a class, public or private, where we can work together and you can start to experience, for yourself, the effects of living your yoga.
